She has worked extensively in the fields of change, communication, diversity, leadership development for teams and individuals, and executive coaching.

Her current research is focusing on the role of hope as a catalyst for change. She has also run her own successful business in leadership development, executive coaching and change communications for more than a decade. She is passionate about working with people to turn knowledge into behavior.
